During the early days of Narelle’s career, she provided professional personal training services. After completing her Diploma in Remedial Massage and a Diploma in Sports Massage, she expanded her services. Her expertise and highly regarded reputation led Narelle to assist many people in her community. She helps manage injuries and achieve better relaxation.
Some of her past clients included local sports teams and individual players striving to reach their goals. She also worked with high-quality health retreats and day spas. She is also very skilled at assisting pre- and post-pregnancy mothers. She has been able to provide relaxation
and rejuvenation for a large pool of people. As part of a holistic approach to remediation and relaxation, she furthered her studies to complete 6 levels of Kahuna (Hawaiian) massage
with Mette Sorensen.
Narelle combines Hawaiian massage
with hot rock massage
to achieve very effective results. She also spent 2 months in Hawaii to further develop her techniques and participated in the Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Conference in 2002.
Narelle has spent time working alongside medical doctors, podiatrists, and physiotherapists. Having recently completed the Certificate IV in Allied Health, specialising in Physiotherapy Assisting. She has managed a wide variety of clients and conditions in a hospital rehabilitation unit, working with hip and knee replacements/reconditioning.
She has also helped older clients regain their independence. She provides gentle and skilled therapy procedures with genuine empathy and integrity to all clients. Narelle has a simple philosophy: ‘Massage can improve everybody’s quality of life.’
